Mzansi Candle Co. Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All Mzansi Candle Co. products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days within South Africa. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service conditions.
Mzansi Candle Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over R1000 within South Africa.

Shipping rates are determined by order amount and location and will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping is currently not available.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery progress.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Mzansi Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at marketing@mzansicc.co.za with photos of the damage.
If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as "delivered" by the courier, Mzansi Candle Co. is not responsible. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or modifications may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before checkout. If urgent changes are needed, contact us at 067 960 3030 as soon as possible.
