Mzansi Candle Co. Refund Policy
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.
All SALE items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases, such as:

Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to reflect.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at marketing@mzansicc.co.za, and send the item to: 303 Greenwich Square, 15 Bennett Street, De Waterkant.
Since our candles are handcrafted, slight variations in colour from marketing images may occur. Exchanges based on colour differences will not qualify for free return shipping.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued at R200 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
Free Shipping: Orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping.
